We purchased a motorhome for Major Jackson who was stationed in Japan. He bought the unit on our recommendation and this is an email we received after he had  taken his trip. He subsequently left the RV with us so that we could rent it out for him.

 I wanted to thank you and the fine professionals at American RV for the
excellent service we received on our recent trip to the US.  Pat and Pedro
were especially helpful on making our trip a huge success.  When we arrived
at LAX Pedro was standing by ready to help with our baggage and children.
When we arrived at American RV the motorhome was excellent condition.  Pat
had all the paper work in order and with a few quick signatures we were on
our way.  The RV performed superbly.  As we returned to the lot on the
21st of June your staff again was courteous and helpful as we concluded our journey. 
 
I am happy with the RV you chose for us. Is all the required paperwork in
order for it to be add to your rental fleet?  Can you recommend an insurance
to cover vehicle when is not rented?  My insurance company does not provide
insurance for vehicles in a rental fleet.

Mr. Frank Kuhre  rented the 1993 Southwind #646 for 17 days in August and had a wonderful time and he says he loved the unit.  

Mr. Frank Kennen from Dublin, Ireland used our services on September.  He said he had a wonderful time and when we took him back to the airport  he suggested we put him on our satisfied customer list.

The Hewitson's from the United Kingdom traveled the Southwest for almost a month. They said they would be happy to let people know of their experiences regarding  renting an RV from Jeff.

Mr. Steve Matthews traveled to the Jet Ski Championships last year, then he referred his sister to us so she can attend the championships this year.  He will use our services when he returns for the championships again.

Mr. Turner enjoyed our 34' Winnebago for the entire summer. 

Mr. & Mrs. Ovedd Dahari from Israel enjoyed one of our motorhomes for an extended vacation.  Here is what they had to say: "Thank you for the excellent service you have provided.  The trip was wonderful, and thanks to you, it went marvelously smooth.  Thanks again and Best Regards". 

Mr. Charles Greer wrote: "As a follow up to the reservation information I just submitted to you, I'd like to further say that we made an extensive search on the internet and have found your service to be the most reasonable.  We have been living in the Republic of Panama for the past year and 1/2 and are looking forward to returning to the USA to enjoy some R & R.  My wife has a sister who lives in San Diego, and her family enjoys using their own RV to travel California to take advantage of the many beautiful camping opportunities there.  When we contacted her with the information we discovered about your company, she felt we were being offered a very fair and reasonable deal in regards to your rates and 'regulations'.  We look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible, so we can confirm our reservations with you".

We have had to take off the e-mail addresses of our "Happy Customer Page" as they were being overwhelmed with inquires.
These are not employees of ours, they are simply a small fraction of our satisfied customers and it was unfair to expect them to reply to or to have to receive the volume of messages some of them were getting.
